Life After Sports: Athletes as Investors, Mentors and Entrepreneurs
Background
Elite athletes have outstanding potential to become successful businessmen and women. Being a part of the entrepreneurship ecosystem is a career option for high-level athletes. They can use their skills, networks, and profile to mentor, start, or invest in their own business during or after their sporting career. The SPRINGBOARD project is an educational innovation-oriented entrepreneurship program that aims to fill a gap by offering a flexible dual-career training curriculum program.
Objectives
The project's overall objective is to support the implementation of the EU Guidelines on Dual Careers of Athletes through the development of ''the Training Curriculum on Innovation-Oriented Entrepreneurship Based on Blended Learning Approach''.
