We are excited to invite you to the International Workshop on Sport Technology and Sport-Adapted 21st Century Skills, part of the COMPATH Project. This workshop aims to promote the employability of young student-athletes through our Competence Hub on Sport Innovation.

Workshop Objectives

  • Test the Content: Engage with the 12 online modules we've developed.

  • Evaluate the Platform: Provide feedback on the Digital Sport Innovation Competence Hub platform.

  • Refine and Improve: Help us enhance the modules and platform before our full-scale launch.

Who Can Participate?

  • Young Sportspersons with career goals in the sports industry.

  • Individuals Interested in Technology and Innovation within sports.

  • Student-Athletes taking sport-related courses at the high school level.

  • Students in Sport-Focused Vocational Education and Training, such as sports management, coaching, physical education teaching, or recreation at the higher education level.

  • Students Studying Business Administration or Engineering at the higher education level with an interest in sports.

Workshop Program

Day 1: Monday, October 28

  • 09:30 – 10:00: Welcome and Introduction

  • 10:00 – 12:30: Module Testing Sessions (Modules 1-4)

  • 12:30 – 13:30: Lunch Break

  • 13:30 – 16:00: Module Testing Sessions (Modules 5-8)

  • 16:00 – 16:30: Feedback and Reflection

Day 2: Tuesday, October 29

  • 09:30 – 12:00: Module Testing Sessions (Modules 9-12)

  • 12:00 – 12:15: Coffee Break

  • 12:15 – 12:45: Feedback and Reflection

  • 12:45 – 13:00: Closing Remarks and Certificate Distribution

  • 13:00 – 13:30: Lunch (Grab-and-Go option available)
